Do not use cooking oil, possibly get a yeast infection. Why not buy lube at your nearest pharmacy store? I use 'Swiss Navy' and it works wonderfully. If not, use your saliva.

I used to use conditioner. Like Hair Conditioner and it worked all the time you just have to keep on getting more after a while because it dries up

you could use baby oil it lasts a long time and its kinda waterproof so you can use it while youre in the shower too

Shampoo while in the shower or some sort of herbal hand lotion anywhere else. The lotion is slippery and properly lubricates, and the herbs and mints in it creates a nice tingly sensation

i don't know if this is a good recommendation but i used my hair gel it's really thin and not sticky. cleaning very good was important though
