You have to be 18 or have parental consent. I'd be careful about a clit piercing. There are many stories of the needle going through a major nerve in the clit and you go permanently numb from it and there's nothing that can be done to reverse it.
I'd like to have my clit hood pierced. There's no risk of nerve damage and the ball rests right on your clit then so you can get the stimulation afterward.
I'd never be able to ask my mom to let me do it, but I turn 18 next year so I might get it done after that.

Jesus Christ. Okay. I think you would need to be 18. Don't expect it to be a walk in the park though, I've had people tell that getting something simple like their belly button or nose was painful. I imagine getting a piercing on a place where it's literally raw nerve endings would be one of the most painful things you'll probably ever experience. But yeah, you have to be 18 pretty much.

I'm still quite sure they'll ask for a document. I don't think lying about your age will work,

I don't know where you live, so I can't really say, but going from where I live, it's legal, but there aren't many places willing to do it if you're under 18. My friend got one when she was 15, and she almost didn't get it done just because almost every piercer around town refused to pierce the clitoris of a 15 year old. But just look it up for where you live, chances are is it's probably legal if you're under 18, but good luck finding a place to do it.
