Either to 'Communicate Sexually' with others (same sex or opposite sex)

Or

To use it how it was men't to be used to 'Communicate With Strangers' (i.e to make new friends)

I've been on Omegle numerous times. But I only go on there when I'm bored. I never wake up one day excited to go on Omegle. So, no, I don't sexually communicate with others. Just talking to random little shits on the internet.
