Based upon what you're describing I do not see anything really unusual though cumming as much as you do is probably a nuisance especially since you only learned to masturbate just recently. Assuming that each shot during your orgasm has a couple of ounces of cum, then I don't see anything too bad with your situation. The fact remains there are some guys that naturally produce a lot of semen, and you are just one of those guys for better or for worse. I would not feel bad about your development at all because there are a lot of guys who start puberty at around 15. Honestly, while you are on the later side of puberty it is not like you are behind by any stretch of the imagination.
