Hi, I am mates with this girl and we have been talking for ages (just as mates I think) and I went to her house and we were spooning, and getting really close, then we started necking and kissing for ages. Ik that she still has feelings for someone else but idk how she feels about me, whether me and her are speaking like that we like each other, or if she has feelings, or if it was just in the moment, idek how she feels and there is never a good time to ask! What should I do? Move on or keep talking?

You don't have to ask. Actions speak louder than words. Just follow up with your friendship and let her know you want to be closer. Or you can just tell her you really liked what you did and want to do it some more. Her reaction will tell you a lot, but give her the chance to cuddle up with you again without having to put it in words.

He's got the right idea. Take it slow and it'll be more clear what her intentions are sooner than you think. Just try to tame your feelings for the time being though...you don't want to be falling head over heals waiting then be crushed if it doesn't go the way you want it to.

Gotta agree with the others. So far it sounds like this was a one time thing. Sounds like you both enjoyed, but can't really tell if it was a spur of the moment thing. She may be asking herself the same questions you are. Best to see how things go from here, and don't let what happened get awkward and ruin what sounds like a cool friendship with a cool girl.
