Hi Blake, absolutely normal mate. Happens to the best of us. Would be hard to have it otherwise, given the raging hormones. (Sorry for the pun ;)) Even if there weren't any stimuli, it's not uncommon to have raging hard-ons for no particular reason, let alone while being naked and having yourself examined by someone physically attractive!

Might be embarrassing at the time, but doctors do this all the time. I'm sure she'd not have found it out of the ordinary for her, given her day-to-day job description. So don't feel humiliated mate, absolutely natural. If anything, your doctor might have even had a bit of concern, if nothing happened. Take it as comfort, that it just means everything is functioning fine downstairs, if you examined normally otherwise.

They only look at and examine your dick if you get a physical. Just for shots, then no, there's no need to examine your dick.

usually it is the same shot for everyone though. they might ask some questions, but it usually does not require you stripping down and having a full physical. most times if it is just a shot, they will ask a few basic questions prep y arm, give me the shot and send me on my way

I know 2 reasons why I never boned at a physical: my doctor is a guy, and I've always had a parent sit in with me for my physical!
