hey so I've always been kind of a shy guy im overall average have pretty good clothes not ugly not really attractive how can i get swagger or charisma or whatever u wanna call it that lets my friend (who is also pretty average) get so many girls

Confidence. Let your confidence show from the way you speak. Speak clearly, maintain eye contact, and be assertive. Once you decide to do something- do it. Don't hesitate or procrastinate.

Carry yourself upright. Don't drag your feet. You don't need very expensive clothing, but make sure that your clothes are clean and how you want them to be.

Above all, be caring and honest. Being able to stay calm when others aren't is also a big plus. Don't brag (excessively, anyways). Smile often. If you need to, practice your smile in front of a mirror- it's that important.

Always keep your eyes open to the cues of others. Learn what individuals like and dislike, and utilise that knowledge to your advantage. Don't be afraid to admit mistakes. Maintain dignity- don't whinge or be a drama queen.

This is what I've picked up from personal experience, anyways.
