Okay so im dating this guy that is totally in love with me and I love him, and I know hes been dating another girl, but I started dating him anyway. He says hes staying with her so she doesnt kill herself and hi loves me but idk, i feel so guilty, im now "the other woman/girl"

It probably wasn't a good idea to start a relationship with someone already in one, but if he really loves you, like you say, then he should have had a talk with his girlfriend and talk about the situation. There are probably ways he could be subtle to her about it. He should talk to her parents too, if she's so suicidal.
