I am thinking of asking this girl out, We spend a lot of time together and we are quite close. What should i do if she says no? I have real bad anxiety so trivial things hit me hard. So if she says no it will hurt my quite a bit? :) :(

Rejection sucks but you don't really have any other choice but to just take that L and find a way to move on. In the moment it can be awkward to find what to say but it is what it is. There really no advice that can help you deal with rejection cause we're all different and every situation is different.

That's rough man. Honestly sometimes rejection is good tho. I have been rejected a lot and I ended up with this amazing girl
