How to advance relationships

Hey all,
My issue is that I struggle to get a girlfriend. I'm 15 and haven't had any real girlfriends. I keep getting really close to girls to the point people ask if I'm with them, but don't know how to just take it that much further and get into an actual relationship with them. Things then start to stagnate and we slowly lose closeness... I was just looking for some advice on how to take things further. Thanks in advance:):)

Its easy. Girls like being honest (as fr as I know) So just tell her how you feel. If she likes you back, ask her out, if she doesn't, don't act like a fool and say it was a joke or a dare. Admit to it. Another way that works is not to leave your friendship going for to long. If you do this your more likely to get "Friend-zoned" and that will be even more awkward. Be polite and don't talk shit about her, even if you are only messing around. Try and become friends with her friends (if your not already) so you can stay in the loop of what's happening and make conversation out of it.
