My sexuality??

Okay so I've been thinking about my sexuality and I am starting to think I'm asexual. I don't look at people and feel sexually attracted to them. I do find some people attractive though. (Also I do jerk off occasionally so can I still be asexual and jerk off sometimes?)

Finally, I think I'm biROMANTIC like I would enjoy being in a romantic relationship with guys and girls. And can picture myself in a relationship with both (though not a sexual relationship)

Does this sound like I'm asexual and biromantic or something else? Thoughts on this ??

First off, asexual does not mean a lack of libido. Many asexuals have a perfectly healthy libido and fully functioning organs that still can become stimulated. Some asexuals are sex-repulsed when it comes to having sex with another person, some don't like masturbating, some (like me, I apologize for the TMI, then again, it's VT) just find it boring but occasionally necessary. I have no drive, however, to actively engage in a sexual relationship with anyone. I guess if they asked then maybe but it's just not the sort of attraction I feel for people.

And finding someone attractive is not the same as sexually attractive. Hell yeah, there are lots of attractive people in the world. Doesn't mean I want to have sex with them.

From the way you describe it, yeah, that's what it sounds like. But only you can tell, honestly. Depending on how old you are, you may have just not experienced too many sexual urges towards other people though that's not meant to invalidate how you feel. It's just a factor that some people can be late bloomers.
