I do my share of working out, or try to with what limited time I have. I like to do it without a shirt on, and half the time I do it with blue jeans, and the other half with just briefs.
The issue is I get really horny after about half of my workout and it distracts me from focusing on my endurance.
So my questions are simply these,
1. Do you workout?
2. When you workout, do you get horny?
3. How much feeling of horny do you get from it?
4. How do you handle it? And how do you suggest I handle it?

4. I put it in a comfortable position and continue on and maybe you can think of something gross might help but its normal

2. I don't get all that horny while I do.
3. See above, pretty limited, especially once I get changed and get moving.
4. I wear a jockstrap, so it keeps everything held in tight, doesn't really show if things get hard.

Sexual feelings, at least small, are natural everywhere.
As long as it doesn't intrude on my working out (and that includes people seeing it, which I never let happen), I usually don't mind it. lol

1. A bit, about 5x a week for a good two hours.
2. Sometimes get horny, usually afterwards.
3. Depends, most of my workouts are running and sport based, so I have enough blood in my legs to not get totally stiff, but do totally feel turned on some times.
4. Usually just work through it and hope to not get a boner. Sometimes jack off after because that feels so good :)

I suggest you clear you head before you start exercising. Listen to music while you workout, it'll help a bit.

2. Not during working out, but immediately after yeah.
3. Depends, but can be a lot if I haven't unloaded in a while.
4. Jerk when I can afterwards. Best way to handle for you is maybe to jerk before, and be sure to wear a long t-shirt.
