help!!

Okay so I'm going through something I'm sure a lot of people on here have been through... coming out (officially) I mean I'm not confused or anything I am Bisexual and I want to come out to my Parents and every time I go to tell them something stops me I say something stupid i approach them and as I'm about to say I'm bisexual I say something like "are you hungry!?!?" I just can't get the words out... and before any one says to tell my friends first, they a;ready know they have met my past two girlfriends and are completely okay with it.

I don't think that you have to come out as such. I'm gay and I've never brought it up with anyone and a few people know. I don't tell people I'm gay out of the blue but if the topic comes up, I'm completely honest.
