My mom and I have had a bad relationship recently and I don't know why.
Recently, something came up in my personal life, and I don't want to eat or anything. I wouldn't tell her why and now she think sits her fault even though I told her it's not. I feel so horrible on top of what has already happened, but I don't want to talk to my mom about my problem.
I don't know what to do anymore.

just fyi if you don't each much or at all you'll end up with acute malnutrition, like if you're already depressed about something this is an excellent way to make it even worse. not to mention if you end up in the hospital it'll do a number on your mom as well.
at the very least you should take multivitamins, keep your fluid intake up and nibble on protein bars.

This, 100%. I lost over 20 pounds in a month at the lowest part of my depression, I'm honestly surprised I wasn't sent to the hospital.

I noticed I get irritated more easily when I haven't eaten in too long, like even just a couple hours after the usual time and I'm not even diabetic/hypoglycemic or whatever. in fact my diet from ages 13-16 was so poor I honestly believe it caused some cognitive damage (to this day I struggle with math and other abstract shit) and it's likely permanent.

Those snickers commercials are based on a small bit of truth here.
But yeah I second the advice here, always keep up a disciplined and nutritious meal plan, feel free to cut down on processed sugar intake as much as you want though (like candy bars).

No the point of this really wasn't about me not eating... I ate in like 2 hours. just didn't want to at the time. It was supposed to be to help with my mom but..
I guess this thread can be locked.
