A while ago we got hacked pretty bad on GovTeen. As a result we lost our plug-ins and such. Are you using vbseo for likes?

whatever they're using doesn't work very well. the "receive notifications for likes" option constantly disables itself every few days and it's been like this since likes were introduced.
