Some people precum more than others. It's normal either way, alot or a little. I've found that I precum more the hornier I am or the longer I jerk off. You might get more as you get older, but I wouldn't worry about it.

I've heard most people do get it, but I don't get any at all most of the time, so I think it depends on the person. It's possible that you'll get some in the future, but so far I haven't gotten any.

It does vary from one person to another. It is unusual for someone not to produce any at all but it is not unusual not to produce enough that it becomes visible at the end of your penis prior to orgasm, i.e. there can be a little, gathered at the bottom of your penis (inside, in the urethra), that is pushed out by the cum as you ejaculate.

Personally I get enough to notice if I spend a long time aroused, for example when doing stop & go, but not if I get to orgasm quickly.

For me it's the same situation. Not a lot of pre cum (sometimes I don't even see it, especially if I'm jacking off without underwear) but a fair amount of cum, especially if I haven't jacked off in a while.
