I am behind like 10 assignments and a test in math and a couple assignments and a test in Italian. I don't know how to do any of it. The math is trigonometry and quadratic equations. I have been depressed and I haven't been able to concentrate on anything lately. I am really overwhelmed and stressed which is making everything worse.

The first thing would be to talk to/email your teachers. Explain that you're behind, have a lot to do and that you're becoming increasingly stressed about it and ask for an extension. I think that in the US every assessment counts towards you're grade? Right? If not then I'd scrap a couple of them, just to lessen the pile. You need to organise yourself and ensure that you have a schedule that you stick to until everything is done, that's honestly going to be the easiest way otherwise it'll all keep piling on top and you'll get increasingly stressed and its not worth it. Make a schedule and plan time to do all your assignments, even if it means missing out on sole social events for a while, it'll be worth it to be back on top of everything.
If you need help with trig and quadratics I might be able to help? My Skype is there so feel free to add me if you want some help going through things and I'll do my best, but just let me know to get on Skype if you do add me. I'd be the equivalent of a senior and I'm taking A-level maths so I should know some of it at least :P

Definitely talk to your teachers and let them know what's up. There's a difference between a student who just doesn't want to do the work, and one that is caught up in outside circumstances preventing them from doing their best. Teachers will definitely be more sympathetic and willing to help the latter.
