How has you friends developed regarding puberty?

A lot more facial hair then me although my voice is deeper than theirs. One of my friends went from being shorter than me to 6 feet and I'm 5'4"

I am way behind my peers, even my brother who is 2 years younger than me.

I haven't gained any muscle mass, I also haven't had a voice change yet (others said I have but I don't think so), the only thing I think has changed is that I am able to ejaculate.

I have also grown taller and continue to do so, I am 5'8 from 5'4 from last time I was measured.

Everyone develops differently. I'm 16 now so we're all fairly close compared to when we were 12, but it's still different. I'm finally getting taller.

in different ways depending on the individual. I went through puberty a lot faster, so I really have not been having anymore developments. some are still growing (height, penis size) some are getting a lot of hair, it really just depends

my friends are all developing differently. one has a lot of pubes, has to shave his face now and average penis, like 5.5" erect. one has less pubes and a bigger penis, almost 7" now. my best friend's penis is about 4.25" erect, and very little body hair. and he was the first one of all of us to be able to ejaculate.

I was slower to start than my friends, but somewhat caught up, as once it started it went fast. But I still have no body hair other than pubes and a little bit of pit hair, and am just barely beginning to get muscle mass. I have a friend a year younger who looks to me as if he is done with puberty, while I look years younger than he.

Most of the friends I hang around with are between 11 and 14 (most are 12 and 13). I am slow getting in puberty. But then most of them are in same stage 2-3 as me. A few are more developed, like more hairs and bigger dicks then us. They developed faster. I hope I will catch up with them soon.

Some of them are further than me, some slightly less. They all got more body hair than me tho. That's not my specialty
