Over the past few months I've noticed my jizz changing drastically.
Until around a few months ago I wasn't ejaculating very much. This was the case for around two years, but lately the volume has increased noticeably (I realise volume increases anyway if you don't ejaculate as much, but this is different)

I thought it was supposed to be more watery and it was bad if it was too white. I've rarely watched porn so I've nothing to compare to in terms of cum appearance.. so is it alright for my cum not to be watery? It's always very concentrated

I certainly wouldn't worry about it, as you develop it's bound to change anyway so if you've noticed a continuous change it's almost certainly something natural.

its perfectly normal, perfectly natural. Its going to change consistency as your body develops more. Sometimes it will be watery and sometimes it will be thick and concentrated, nothing to stress about.

Changes in volume, colour and consistency as you mature are normal. I remember I started out with not very much and then the volume increased. It also changed from clear, through clear with white patches in like something not very well mixed, to consistently white.

Cum does not just come from one gland inside. Most of the volume comes from the prostate gland and the seminal vesicles. These do not necessarily develop at the same rate. The prostate gland's contribution is white and thinner while the seminal vesicles' contribution is thicker and slightly yellow. There is also a coagulate/thin out again mechanism controlled by enzymes that doesn't work right from when you start to ejaculate - I read somewhere usually becomes reliable about two years after a guy starts to ejaculate - interesting given the two years you mention.

It is also worth noting that colour and consistency can vary from one ejaculation to another. If find if I go longer between ejaculations not only is there more cum it is also thicker. By comparison staying highly aroused for a long time before finally cumming (stop & go etc.) results in more, but thinner cum.
