Not "from cold" in the sense that I can't be doing something completely different, like putting laundry away, and just think to my self "I think I'll ejaculate" and for it to happen immediately. On the other hand during masturbation or sex I can choose when it happens.

if the question is about ejaculating without stimulating your penis, i.e. not through masturbation or sex then prostate stimulation is one possibility. From mental stimulation only would include wet dreams. Some people claim to be able to do the same thing while awake or to have it happen spontaneously. if this was something you fancied doing you'd have to research it as I have not idea how to encourage or develop that.
