Some guys have them some don't. Personally I have never had one. As other people have mentioned masturbating seems to make them less likely though the link is not sufficiently strong to support the theory that wet dreams happen when your glands are full of semen as some guys have had a wet dream the same night as having masturbated and other can abstain from any other form of ejaculation for weeks and still not have one.

Some sex-ed literature mentions wet dreams and fails to mention masturbation so you're left with the idea that a guys first wet dream is some kind of development milestone or rite of passage. In reality the development milestone is ejaculating for the first time and it doesn't matter how that happens.

It's normal. In my opinion, wet dreams are usually the result of how sexually stimulated your mind is during a dream sequence. I have an unusual ability to remember most of my dreams, and I've noticed for myself that I always have wet dreams whenever I have a sexually explicit dream.

At 14, your mind might not yet be so "sex"-centric to be having them. At the same time, everybody's body is different and reacts at different points in puberty. My first wet dream was when I was 15, so don't feel odd that you might be late in that department.
