So this happened last month at a Target store.

Did you guys hear about this?

What's your reaction to the story? What would be your reaction if you were a shopper.

I admit I'm so jaded I would giggled and just continued shopping.

I find it funny adults not in control of their emotions freaked out and started blaming employees who probably didn't know what was going on either.

Calmer minds would've been: well this is different, is anybody getting hurt? No? Okay ring me up so I can leave plz, oh and btw gimmie a discount.

Despite driving all the way there people let this get to them.

I find that weird.

Did you read the whole story? The BBC explains how the phenomena was possible without it being directly any employee's fault who was currently in that store.

Well BBC didn't explain it, Target did. And anyone who started throwing a fit over this wasn't being an adult :^) . I can't wait for these overprotective mums and dads to react when their children actually start asking about sex. Or they'll probably just avoid it and never teach them sexual education as it seems to be the case with a lot of teenagers.

Puritanical beliefs are a cultural problem and hinderance to obtaining knowledge.

That's why these forums exist, so we can have a source of truth, where are parents and adult figures are failing us, and a place where we can double-check and cross reference all the myths and rumors we hear from friends at school.

Why do you think the puberty part of the forums are so popular? There's a lot of fake, true, and dangerous information out there.

What sort of 'important truths' about sex need to be taught to 10 year old kids? Or even 15 year old kids? They managed just fine without 'sex-ed' for thousands of years, and by the time the kids grew up they somehow knew how to use their parts. Kids shouldn't be shagging at 16, and I see no need to provide them with further facilitation to do so.

I did yes, that is what adds some strangeness to it in my view. (My less serious view by the way)
