That is average for your age. The adult average is 5-6 inches and you still have a good 6 years to grow so you will be fine. I'm the same size as you and we both have plenty of time to grow.

Btw, average 14 yo penis size is 4in, 15 is 4.75

i'm a bit bigger at 14 but know it's not the same for all boys. two of my friends are a couple months older and they are your size. and all our penises seem to work properly :)

What issue is there? Your penis is perfectly at a normal size for 14. You'll grow, so don't worry.
