Hi guys. One year ago, i met a guy and we felt in love immediately.
But after a few days he told me that we cannot stay together because of he had a boyfriend. But we are very friend so we stay a lot time together. So..i cannot forget him, i think about his smile, our kisses and, also, when i'm with him i'm happy and i don't think about the problems of my life.
How can i forget him, how can i stop to love him? I'm so confused

Try to spend less time with him and as hard as it sounds, slowly try to distance yourself from him. The more you guys spend time together, the worse you'll feel since he's very clear he has a bf. Probably spend more time with your other friends.

sometimes the only way to get over someone is distance. i know it;s awful, and i know it.s not what you wanted to hear, but that doesn't mean it is not true, sad as it sounds.

:( I am sorry my friend. unfortunately, you may never be able to totally forget him. it might help to spend less time with him and try to distract yourself, but you are probably going to be thinking about him to some extent. it is no fun man, I know :(

Anyway, it is best to move on. If that person does not think you are worthy enough to continue to be a part of his life, then why should he deserve to be a part of yours? Find someone who will cherish you and want to keep you in his life.
