I'm very uncomfortable, I have four friends that I like and this year they made 16th and ALL of them won a car from their parents, two long sedans a SUV and a MPV, really large cars. Of course I got envied because I really love cars and my parents not even helped me to get a licence.
The last time we went out, each one of them wanted to go in her own car and I had to ask to one of them to take me along, it was frustrating and I felt humiliated seeing her driving such a huge car all by herself, I don't want it anymore.
I was thinking to take my parent's car behind their knowledge, I don't know how to drive but I could learn it at the Internet right? If all of my friends can do that then I might be able too. Someone already tried this? I'm feeling really bad in this situation.

Nope, ain't that easy. First time I drove a car I nearly crashed it into someone else's car, because I panicked. Talk with your parents about this and ask them why they don't trust you at least. Oh, and you could get yourself in trouble if you drive without a license, not to mention if you steal your parent's car.
It's not such a big deal, considering that I'm 20 and I don't even have a driver's license(haven't even signed up for one).
Other choice is that you could wait until your parents trust you or when you're grown up.

Yeah no, you can't learn how to handle several tons of fast moving steel on the internet.

Please don't learn to drive on the internet. You'll feel more embarrassed when you have to explain how your parent's car got wrecked than how you're feeling now towards your friends. You'll get a car in time, don't worry about it!

Sorry perhaps in the future computers can simulate real driving experiences and teach people how to drive on the internet.
But even then I think humanity will opt to make self-driving cars a thing.
Humanity has almost always gone the lazy route when given the chance, with notable exceptions.

Yea driving is not able to be learned just through the internet, it's so much more than a gas pedal brake pedal and a steering wheel. Much more, and it takes months to learn, even years because you still progress over time and learn new stuff.

bad, bad idea. if you get caught, which is very likely, you could face some serious legal consequences, and your parents insurance would probably not cover any damage to their car. i think the better option would be to work on feeling less embarrassed when people have things you do not. there;s always someone who has better, no matter how much you have.
