I've recently had swellings at the top of my groin. They swell up and then randomly dissapear. Is my sweat/hygiene causing this?. They are painless but sometimes bleed out. Should I be worried?!

I've has many of those before, I actually have one right now. I think it's normal and there's nothing to worry about, maybe they just show there because it is hot and sweaty but if you're that uneasy about it maybe you should go to your doctor.

What size swelling? If it's like, pea-sized, it's most likely a lymph node. If it's off to one side, and bigger, and you can push it back in, it could possibly be a hernia. I had a hernia above my groin repaired a couple years ago. Sometimes they just randomly happen to guys.

You have glands in your groin much like in your neck and armpits if they swell up it could simply be an viral infection which should clear but still worth to see your dr. The other possibility is that its a hydrocele in your scrotum but i cant really be sure because of you description but i certainly would already be at the dr if i were you.
