Hey,
I'm looking to build some muscle, I'm quite chunky and I struggle to do 3 push ups when in perfect form. I would really like some advice, I don't have access to any equipment. But, I would love some help. Please.
Thanks!

First, loose weight, than it's easier to build muscle.

I'm going to start this simple fact for all the working out of the upper body you will do more for your upper body if you also do squats as well seeing as you don't have access to any equipment. I wll trie to find a body weight exercise site for you.

I could only barely do 10 push ups last month and now I can do 30.
What I did was when I woke up I'd do 10 pushups and when I went to bed I'd do 10
I moved this eventually up to 20 pushups on waking and on going to bed and if I felt like it I'd do more pushups throughout the day.
Now I can do 30 and I'm improving. This could be much more efficient by doing more in general, but I'm not bothered about how long it takes. My pecs and shoulders are visibly improving.
Also, do bicep curls, 10 reps x 5 sets of a heavy weight for me and I slowly go up as I improve. I'm on 15 kg at the moment and I always get compliments on my biceps which is a good feeling.
To improve my triceps I move the dumbbell over my head from the back straight up in the same reps and sets as bicep curls.
To further improve my shoulder strength I do a kind of 'press' with dumbbells, I put my arms horizontally with the two dumbbells and my forearms vertically up, and I push upwards working my shoulders.
If you want do crunches too, or situps. This is just my crappy routine I made up to keep myself busy.

You really have to get out more if you can only do 3 push ups, no offense. I would say get active and play more sports, I really don't know what advice to give you at the stage you are in, but when you get stronger, do pull ups, muscle ups and hand stand push ups (they're a heap fun). All exercises without equipment.

Like many have said, start off by losing weight. Do lots of cardio like swimming and running. Swimming is extremely good at helping lose weight.
After that, I suggest going to bodybuilding.com and finding a workout routine. My personal favorite was Jim Stoppani's workouts.

I hate to say this if you are just concerned with the upper body then you are just spinning your wheels, your under pinnings(YOUR LEGS) need to be worked too,if you want a real pleasing body you need to work the lower body as well.
I just hope you don't do like most other teens I have noticed too worry about building muscles from the waste up and have tooth pick legs thinking they's all sexy!
when they look like a malformed lightbulb deserving to be laughed at.

I agree with Zenos. DO NOT neglect your lower body. In fact, working your lower body will help with upper body exercises much more than just focusing on upper body. Also do a lot of core exercises. Your core is the most important part.
