Are you happy with how you lost it?

I was wondering how many people are happy or atleast OK with the way they lost their virginity and how many people wanted it to be something else... I'm not curious how the sex was haha, i'm just asking you how you feel about it :)

I'll start:

I lost it at 15 to a girl that i loved at the time, it was in a foreign country so our relationship didn't last long but im glad that it happened... Sure it wasn't perfect and if i could change it i probably wouldn't do it with this girl at that time... But I'm happy with it, also partly because there is no reason for regretting anything... Life goes on and there's just one virgin less in this world haha... I'm OK with it :)

No I wasn't.

It caused me to be less trusting which is why all the advice I give to people here has a vibe of cynicism/pessimism to it in an effort to promote wisdom and awareness versus naïveté which I believe the latter increases the chances you get deceived or tricked both by others and by your own runaway emotions.

oh I was/am very happy who I lost it too. as a 14 year old, I was stoked to be able to do it with a very attractive 16 year old girl. we got together several times since (obviously not in the last 13 months since I been dating). maybe I was not in love with her, but she was a lot of fun to be with

Before I begin, I didn't exactly lose my virginity, but I did enough that now I joke around and consider myself half a virgin (Mean Girls reference).

I'm not happy with what I did do. Partly because I realized after that he was just doing the same thing to other girls without consent. Partly because I'm asexual and I was doing it for "his happiness" Partly because he was a bad kisser 9 times out of 10. Partly because some of his family had head lice when I came over that day and didn't even know until I confronted them about it after I got head lice. It took me 5 times to get rid of them and just mentioning the L word still makes my head itch.

So yeah, my experience sucked.

I am satisfied how I lost mine. I lost it a few months ago in August. I wish we planned it out instead of doing it because we were both bored of movies and video games. There was no foreplay and we did not even make out. There was no foreplay and we did not use protection. I do not feel guilty about it. If I could change anything about my first time it would be to make sure it was romantic and more erotic.
