The thing in question is tribadism. A lot of people say it's just a porn thing and that no one does it in real life. Is that true? Have you done it?

Yes, I can confirm it's very real. Here people call it doble tijera (double scissors, for obvious reasons) :P
I think that most stuff going on in the adult film industry also happens in real life, so tribadism is not a surprise.

i think anything in porn becomes a real thing if for no other reason than that it looks hot to some people and they want to try it out.

I can tell you from firsthand experience that tribbing is a real thing, but I'm sure that there are plenty of les or bi girls who don't do it or find it enjoyable

I've never heard of this word tribadism. After google i realised that it's just rubbing against each other. I can tell you it's definitely real. It comes naturally when girls decide to experience together.

yeh...not a strange one..it is a scissoring position, mostly les adopts to stimulate each other..it all depend on their taste...
