Help needed

So I think it's nothing but I'm sort of concerned. I've had the "pimple" like things on my balls and at the base of my penis. I've been concerned it is herpes for the longest time but I've never had sex or even kissed someone. On my balls the hair grows from them. I just don't know what else to say.

What could it be?
Should I see a doctor?

Have you shaved before because if you have those are things that grow like pimples but aren't and when you hair grows back they grow back inside the pimple like bump so when you break it or let say pop it your hair comes out of it so the real question here is that have you shaved your balls

Then there's nothing to worry I don't know the proper name for this but it happens to me all the time when I shave my pubs they look like pimples but there just your skin expanding because the hair is caught and hasn't gone through the hole it's supposed to grow back into

If you like in a way pop one the hair will be in it

If you have shaved, then it is most likely just an ingrown hair. It's nothing really life threatening, you should be just fine

yes its a normal thing but if you want to be reassured its up to you if you go to the doctor

If they are inflamed or are red then I would be worried. But in my experience, however, I found out those bumps around my private area were just places where pubes grow.
