there could be a number of different possibilities, let us wait before we jump to any wrong conclusions.

There are many possibilities, and ISIL is one, but there is low confidence in it being due to them, at least from what I hear. ISIL claims responsibility, but it could be using propaganda in an opportunist manner. All I have heard is that the plane broke apart in the air.

I heard it crash on ground not the air so may be not teroris attack.

It was shot down. The back of it got hit and people got sucked out.

actually it wasn't shot down and there was no evidence ever saying so.
It was released last night that there was a bomb planted on board by Isis or an affiliate

It was shot down. The back of it got hit and people got sucked out.
You don't get sucked out when you're after take-off. The presurization system starts putting a great deal of pressure by 10000ft,and only then if there was a bug structural failure or hit you'd be sucked out. After take-off, the presurization system is off and so it's just like being inside your car :)
