As a family we dont lock our doors..My mom takes my pants off if I fall asleep dressed keeping my briefs on...if they are dirty they too come off and she covers me with bedclothes....Once whn it happened my older cousin sis has come in and I have turned in sleep....fortunately she has only seen my pale big bum and joked abt it the next day...I made me beet red...

I guess the implication is to not sleep entirely nude (wear some breathable undies or compression shorts), but otherwise, I don't find an issue with it.

I have the same concern, but its worse since I share a room with my little sister so I have to wait for nights when she is nosleeping with my mom while my dad is out of town for work so I can sleep naked. Which I love to do but don't get to do it enough.
