Title really says it all... And i mean thick as in circumfence... To measure circumfence use a tape measure and wrap it aroud the base and then the mid-shaft of your penis. If you dont have a tape measure just use some string and then measure it with a ruler ;)

Questions about size are quite reasonable. Size matters to women, don't let anybody tell you different. I've been told by women that they have been with a guy, recognized his penis was small, and then gave him a BS excuse about why they couldn't have sex again. She didn't want to hurt his feelings.
