Im kinda self concious about my penis girth...I'm cool with my lenght, i'm 7.5, but i'm only 4.8 in girth... maybe 5 if i'm rock hard. My GF thinks its huge but she is petite and asian :D
Anyway i wanted to ask the girls and gays and pretty much anyone here on their opinion on ideal girth :)

I feel you! I'm in your ballpark (not quite as long, a bit girthier tho). It's weird being "big" but knowing you're a little on the "skinny" side lol. But honestly only the people that have seen me hard know my girth doesn't match my length. My gf loves my dick. But we haven't had sex. I'm a virgin. So idk how she'll feel when/if we do. But ourgirth is still better than average I'm almost positive. So I'm sure nobody will be disappointed lol. But I guess if I'm 100% honest I'm a bit self conscious about it. People see me "hung" soft (I'm a shower) and expect me to be thick. Worst part is reading on here from girls saying they'd prefer a guy to have girth over length! But it's better than being 4" hard and 4" girth. Bottom line is you're bigger than average, won't disappoint and even if you were small there's nothing you can do about it.

Dude, are we brothers? Cuz that's exactly how i feel! Im also a shower! :D Haha it's the worst when guys with short dicks are comforted with the old "Don't worry... Lenght doesn't matter, it's about the girth" Everytime i read that i could just run away screaming :D Thanks for the understanding words tho! I'm not really self conscious anymore... My insecurity sort of just went away in the last few days :)

Oh and i dont know how old are you but i read somewhere that lenght sometimes comes before girth... So you never know... We may still grow as we age :)

Just get some tape measure and wrap it around the middle of the erect penis shaft... Or if you dont have that than get a piece of string, wrap it around and then measure with a ruler... Easy! :D

I've thought for a while that I was quite above average in girth, and finally confirmed it. I'm close to 7" in circumference at the base. About 6 3/4" I think.

5" is actually really good in girth, I'd say ideal for my own would be no bigger than 6".
