Few questions about my penis?

Im 18 and i noticed like a week ago my penis increased in length it was about 5 inches all through my teenage years and now its about 7 inches hard. Also my girth is really thin like only 3 inches is that normal? Also when im not hard my flaccid penis can be as small as a inch or even smaller?? Is any of this normal?

I don't think you could grow that much in such a small time period. You probably just haven't measured in a while.

Yes that's all completely normal I'm 17 my penis has grown but hasn't grown in a while and I think from the way you describe its like have a growth spurt but for your penis lol but the soft thing is also normal because your soft
