This spring in March, we had a family get together at a park. me and my cousins had to peee so I took out my dick and started peeing. My dick is 3 in soft. My oldest cousin was 15 and his dick was like 4 in soft and I thought that was pretty big. My younger cousin was 12 and his dick was tiny. it was like 1.5 in and he had some pubes. his younger brother who was like 9 or 10, had a 2.5 in dick. he looked at my dick and said it's hairy. Also my oldest cousin said my cousin who was 12 had the smallest dick he has ever seen. Is this normal???

Sure it is normal. I have not compared sizes with family members but I have with friends. I was the biggest of my friends.

we all grow at different rates. lots of different sizes in the school shower and boys from all 4 grades are in there together sometimes. big 9th graders and small 12th graders, nobody says anything

Im not sure Im understanding the question, is what normal? Checking each other out and commenting on sizes and stuff? Yes thats very normal for boys to do. As far as sizes go, again, normal -- youre all in different stages of development so, yeah, they all look different.

Well yes, you guys are probably all at different stages in puberty and there's really no good comparison during your age range.

It all sounds pretty normal to me, sizes and being curious about comparing sizes, etc. I've done it with friends and family too.

Everything about this is normal - sizes and comparing.
