I will share a recey with you all of somwthing extremly delitious enjoy.
Dowe:
3egs
3 spoons of shugar
3 spoons of flower
Filling:
3 spoons of cranbary jam
Bluberies
Other:
2,5 dl of creem
Powdered shugar
Bluberies for decoration
Put the egs in a bowl and ad shugar. Mix them so you have a fomy mixture ad flowar and gently mix all together. Poor in a round mold (d=22cm, cca.) Which you have beforehand sprincled with flower or crumbs, you can use baking paper to cover the inside also. Prehet the owen to 220 ºC and bake the omlet in it for about 12 minutes. While baking prepare serving pmater.
Tip the omlet out of the moold fold it ower and while still hot spread crambarie jam and bluberies inside the fold. Beat the creem and put it in a bad and decorate the omlet with the beat creem. Spread some powdered shugar ower it and some bluberies and some other fresh fruit of your chosing (whic grows on Pohorje) serve immediatly.
