Hairy Chest

Ok. So, my chest is pretty hairy for a 17 year old, and it makes me uncomfortable. I want to. E comfortable with my body but I'm afraid that people will make fun of me. What should I do?

I do not think having a hairy chest is a big deal especially since you are probably a senior in high school/freshman in college meaning that most guys who hang out around you are going to be developed. Many guys start getting chest hair around your age, and it is not like you are totally alone though you just may have had a head start on many of the other guys.

If you truly want to get rid of your chest hair if it is bothering you that much, then invest in a body hair groomer (http://www.usa.philips.com/c-p/BG2028_42/norelco-bodygroom-3100-wet-dry-body-groomer-series-3000).

Basically, you have two options which include:

1. Living with the hair and accepting it is a normal part of your body
2. Shaving off the hair

In the end of the day it is your body, and there's nothing wrong if you have hair or not, and you are totally fine with whatever you choose to do.

if you have that much of a problem with it you should probably just shave it. like Second Chance said you can either shave it or learn to live with it

It's natural and seen as man-ly, although I find it better without and I'm happy that I don't have a hairy chest.

Everyone is unique, so it's up to you if you keep it or shave it. I guess no one will actually judge you, either way.

i don't think anyone would make fun of chest hair, unless they are jealous. lots of guys your age and younger have chest hair.

You can do whatever you want with it, but I personally really like my chest hair.
