same basic idea as far as what i'm looking for. i don't need a story or any graphic description of what went down sexually. i'm mostly looking to understand your motivation and feelings about this.

How did you know the person you cheated with? He was my best friend for 2 years and I dated him for a month when we first met.
How far did you do? It went pretty far.
How long did it last? How many times did it happen? It lasted less than 3 months. It was every time we talked basically. But we did do stuff when we hung out too.
Did you know you were at the time? I had a feeling but I wouldn't believe it for a while because you know he was a best friend of mine and I didn't think he would cheat.
Why? How did it feel? Well, once the girl he was cheating on me with added me on Facebook. It didn't take long before I realized what was going on through her Facebook posts. Once I figured it out, I sat and cried for weeks because of how close we were.
Did anyone find out? Who? Sadly, I don't think the other girl found out. I wish I could've told her but she didn't like me and probably wouldn't have believed me. It really wouldn't have done much good.

- We knew each other for two-three years before we started seeing each other. We weren't official, but being official was something we saw as happening once I moved.

How far did they go?
- He made out with them. That's all it took for me to stop seeing them.

- Only once.

- He actually asked me if I would tell my best friend if I made out with their boyfriend. I asked him if he was the one who did it, and he said yes.

Why? How did it feel?
- I was upset. I didn't talk to him for that week until I told him I didn't want to be with him any more. We don't talk any more. Best friends for three years, and it ended just like that.

Did anyone find out? Who?
- They probably knew, since the guy and I would regularly post on each other's Facebook walls and we were a popular couple you could say. Now when people ask what happen I tell them straight up what he did. If he's gonna do that, then I'll let anyone who is curious know what he did.

I thought this survey was about being cheated on. One of my girlfriends did cheat on me and it is one of the worse feelings a person can endure. Whoever cheats or helps someone cheats are just as bad as people who cyberbully.

But at the end of one relationship I was still officially "with them" dating wise, met person B, went on a few dates with them, and then shortly ended things with person A, so I could be with person B.


So have I cheated? Yes and no, depending on your definition of what it means to cheat.

Physically cheating: no (unless you count hand holding; then yes).

Thank you for saying that. I thought it was worthwhile describing how badly you feel when you cheat. It's just not worth it when you're in a relationship with someone you care about.

Yes, of course it did bother me somewhat. But in the moment I was weak. The other guy was super hot, tall, athletic (and big). I always knew that it would be only sex and ultimately I dont regret it as it was amazing. So I realise that most will judge me here but I dont feel it has damaged my affection for my bf. And I do like having the option of some great sex on the side.

I lost it with L in October. That's part of why I wanted to stay with L, also I've known her since I can remember.
