Flaccid?

Hey guys,
Ive got a question re flaccid size. 17
So like when erect, im like just a little under 5" (which is below average anyway right) I guess there be a bit more if I push the fat around there in?

But anyway, when flaccid, I can have varying size. Like especially when going for a piss during the day, it seems as though my dicks only a few cm long. But when I just flop it around/loosen it up a bit, (not hard or semi btw) it gets to about 6-7cm. (2.5inch)

Is this normal?

Yeah if its normal its 4" soft but if i go swimming it gets smaller and tighter. It seems just to be related to the flow of blood and how its affected by heat and cold.

Yes, that's one reason why you see so few figures for flaccid size - because it varies for the same person at different times.

You know, I presume, that erection works because there are chambers in your penis which fill with blood. That means there is a definite "full" point which, combined with blood pressure, corresponds to being erect. When you're flaccid, though, those chambers are not empty and just how much blood they have in them, and therefore how big your penis is, depends on other factors such as how cold it is. if it is cold the body moves blood away from the extremities (which includes the penis) to the core to reduce heat loss. When you're hot it does the opposite to try to get rid of excess heat so that's why your penis will likely be bigger after a warm shower than after being in a cold swimming pool.

Yup, sometimes temperature has an effect on the length of the penis. Mine can vary in size too, especially when flaccid as you mentionned.
