When is the right time to ask someone to hang out?

I never hang out with anyone outside of school. There are a couple people I want to become friends with. I have talked with them a little bit. When is the right time to ask someone to hang out and when is too soon? :confused:

honestly, i feel like it is something that you just have to do one day. On some thursday or friday ask them what their plans are for the weekend and if they have none, just ask them to go somewhere with you. Like... oh you have no plans? neither do I, let's hang!

You don't need a right time, the only time you need is when you're all actually available to hang out. Just bring it up in a casual conversation one day that you should hang out after school or on the weekend and see what happens.

It's never a bad time :) Just so long as you dont come on too strong or make yourself look like you are trying to hard, making friends really isnt all that hard. Confidence is key. Good Luck :)
