How should I ask?

Well I'm 15 and my penis hasn't grown at all. Not only that but I lied to myself when measuring it so it's really smaller than I originally thought. I want to go to a doctor (urologist or maybe endocrinologist) to see if it will grow at all. The problem is is that I'll have to ask my dad to go with me (I'm not asking my mom). How should I ask him? Or should I just wait five months to get my drivers license.

the only way i know how to ask stuff is straight up. would just say im concerned that i am not developing properly. maybe just ask to see my regular doctor and then have him refer me to a specialist.

Yeah I'm 3.25 or 3&1/4 erect. I thought I was 3.6 but I pressed (I didn't know that I did)

Thats really not so bad. It's not even unusual for someone your age to be that size or smaller. I can guarantee that most of the claims of foot-long wieners on here are false, and I particularly dislike those false claims because they can make people like you and me feel inadequate. From what I understand, the penis doesnt fully stop growing until your body is completely finished growing. You are 15, and you still have some time to go, and I would encourage you to maybe wait some time before you decide to act on it. Also, i hate to burst bubbles, but I don;t think there would be much a Doctor could do in terms of penis size.
If it really is an issue that you feel you really must take up with a doctor, then be out-straight with you r parents. Tell them you have some puberty concerns and would like to see a Doc' for a professional opinion. Other than that you needn't go into to much detail.

I have some face hair. I have pubes. I have some armpit hair and I'm starting to grow a happy trail. I've gotten taller recently. I don't know how much. I may be in a growth spurt now but my penis hasn't grown at all. Also I can cum

I'm fighting the same battle as you, waiting for it to grow. It would be nice to at least be average, but I am not in control of these situations.

All I can say is wait it out. I don't necessarily think the doctor can really do anything until you've finished your puberty. If you still haven't seen any changes later down the road, then maybe i'd consult your doctor. Other than that, just be patient.

Doctor probably wouldn't start any hormone treatment on anyone until they're 16 anyway, and even then only if you hadn't started puberty at all. You have stated fine, but if there's little development at 16, then yes, you could then go for a check up.

if you want to see the doctor, just be up front with your dad and tell him that you need to make an appointment to see the doctor, hes a guy so I am sure that he will appreciate what you are going through. then again, you could just always talk to your dad about it and see if he can give you some insight.
