So, I'm on an extreme cinema phase now, and I want some suggestions of really violent, gory, disturbing movies. Can your guys give me some suggestions?

Evil Dead and Megan is Missing. Evil Dead was just really gory and I haven't seen Megan is Missing, but I've heard it's terrifying. Oh, also, [Rec] is definitely unsettling, but you'll have to find an English dubbed version (the original is in Spanish).

Well, I've got an odd movie. Not gory or violent. Odd.

Fantastic Planet. A French sci-fi film.
I've also heard of a Serbian film...

All of the SAW movies certainly fit that category.
The Devil's Rejects.
House of a Thousand Corpses.

I've heard that The Antichrist and Begotten are pretty disturbing. Other than that, The Exorcist, Saw, Human Centipede 2, Cargo 200 (I don't know if you can find it in English).
Do not watch the original Human Centipede if you are looking for disturbing movies. It's more of a comedy.

Human centipede and killer klowns from outer space

Human Centipede 2 was laughable. Worse than the first mainly because the doctor was overall a better antagonist. He knew what he was doing and wasn't all about being a cruel person, making him much more interesting comparatively. Still pretty crap. But I guess the second is the more "shocking" for the sheltered. A Serbian Film I liked because despite what many people say about it, it's obvious to me it has a lot of meaning. I really only had a problem with the end, the rest didn't phase me much, (and the teeth, I just have a thing about tooth pulling lol). But you'd have to make a movie filled with just brutally murdering kittens to affect me. My walls are way too thick for this stuff to penetrate them. That one you can actually watch on a certain video site, it's a mystery why it's still up with only an age restriction.

I see 120 Days of Sodom hasn't been mentioned, and Irreversible.

When I was 11 years old I got scared after watching Fantastic Planet. Now I still find it really weird. Haha.

Hostel, A Serbian Film, The Human Centipede, 120 Days of Sodom, Cannibal Holocaust, and one other one, I forget what it's called, but it's about a book based on the real-life event where a teen girl was raped and tortured in a basement or something... just any shock films, I guess.

I think the best horror movies made in the last 18 years have been mostly indie stuff.

Why because most horror movies these dayd have to much gore and not enough plot/story line to them and if it's out of hollyweird it's going to have too much CGI in it!

The devils rejects, the hills have eyes, and all of the saw movies. And the texas chainsaw massacre.
And the house of wax!
