These are the essential exercises for strength and muscle growth taken from Brooks kubiks book Dinosaur training:

Thighs:

squats
calf raises

chest;

benchpress with barbell or dumbbell

weighted dips

delts:

barbell or dumbbell press's
presses behind the neck
presses with logs,barrels and heavy bags

arms:
close grip benchpress for triceps
barbell curls

overhead presses and benchpresses for the triceps as well

back:

barbell bent rowing
power cleans
power snatches
high pulls
one arm cleans
one arm snatches
bent legged deadlifts
stiff legged deadlifts

as to ab work a dinosaur style lifter would do:

Situps
leg raises
sidebends
