I have 6 ex girlfriends, one of them, I don't talk to anymore, but we have no bad feelings towards each other. 3 of them, I remained very good friends with, and I'd still say I love them, but more in a sister kind of way. 1 of them, I still talk to, we are friends, but not good friends. and one of them, I hated when we broke up. She cheated, she was and still a total bitch, however we have made up and hung out a few times since we broke up.

I'm extremely good friends with my ex since we do indeed know each other very well and can make good conversations thanks to that, and after a while of not being friends we started talking again and came to a reconcile. Things do go deeper than that but thats another story.

I can't say I'm "friends" with my ex(es). One of them can't even look at me, or vice versa. That was a bad break up,which I won't get into. I talk occasionally to another one, and he tries to cheer me up if he sees I'm down. He calls me sunshine, because he knows I hate it. We aren't close anymore though.

Sadly its the opposite for me, my ex doesn't even talk to me, which isn't a surprise but eh. I still wish he would have a little chat with me about anything.

I've found it a lot easier to separate myself completely from my ex's and only surround myself with people who make me happy, however I will still be civil if I see them in the street or something!

Well only with ex/bf im in a friendship but that was possible as we both were attached to someone.

I think I'm only friends with like 2 of my exes, one I don't really talk to any more because we've drifted apart and are doing separate things, the other we talk on occasions like it never happened. The others, I don't talk to because they were either stalkers, controlling or manipulative and I don't need that in my life.

I've never been able to maintain a friendship with an ex-girlfriend. I've also never been in a relationship that has ended well, so there you go.

I never understand why people always hate on their ex, I could get along with an ex I guess as long as we didn't break up out of cheating or something like that. Although, I'd rather just move on.

One ex was actually a jerk, so I'm glad I didn't stay friends with him. Another ex me and him became really close, but me and him drifted and I doubt I should be counting him a friend anymore.

I currently have no desire to talk to my one and only ex as he kind of scarred me when it comes to my outlook on romance, trust, and the attitude of San Franciscan teenagers. It makes it easy to avoid him as he lives in the city while I live in the suburbs 20 miles away. If for whatever reason when I'm older and we happen to cross paths again (since I do want to go to SF State junior/senior year), I wouldn't mind being his friend. He's a really nice person, but he was a horrible boyfriend.
