I have not had anal so i can't really comment on most of what you have asked. Although i can only say that i have heard many girls having orgasms from doing it this way too due to pressure put on the g-spot through the anus. Hope this helps a bit.

- It can hurt qute a bit at first, you really need to relax before penetration. Using fingers or a dildo before having the boy in you would help alot adjusting to the stretch...just take your time, and always use lube!
- Yes, it loosens up and soon enough it would feel very nice, just tell the boy to go easy and not get carried away.

And about pain its normal to feel a little pain when he enters. But if you use enough lube and warm up the hole with fingers or some sort, the hole gets used to the stretch and it doesnt hurt.
