If you can't control your boner then there's no other way besides cleaning your dick every time you get into the shower. Plus are you cut or uncut? Cuz it causes smegma built up too if you're uncut.

Don't worry it happens to most of us, it's usually bits of cloth from whatever underwear you wear. Just make sure that you keep an eye on it and wash it everytime you''re in the shower otherwise it could become a problem if it starts to build up.

It's harmless (annoying though) and must happen to loads of guys. I can't think of any way to prevent it so just follow normal hygiene and wash it clean. Whether you're cut or uncut, you should always wash your penis regularly.

try changing the type of underwear that you have and see if that helps any... that or just keep cleaning yourself more often than you are doing now
