My orgasms have been getting stronger, and recently, I have been catching myself unintentionally moaning and grunting from pleasure when I am masturbating. I really do not want my parents to hear this - how can I make sure I stay quiet when they are in the house? Thanks so much for the help!

Maybe you should only wank when you're home alone so you can make all the noise you want :)

Turn on the music.
Do this, or if you have a TV in your room, you can use that too.

You can
A) jerk when home alone
B) jerk with something loud nearby (music, A/C, shower,...)
C) i sometimes close my mouth with my other hand

You can either masturbate alone or perhaps try with some music on? Another suggestion is just to try breath heavily.

Haha it's normal when you're growing into an adult guy. I have this problem too. Yeah turn on music if you have a device etc. or wank alone in the house. If it's my case, I pretend to cough after the orgasm is over. ;) lol

I sympathise. Mine got more intense as i got past mid teens and I often feel like making a helluva noise when i cum. I tend to silently swear lol - mouth the words without letting any sound come out. And yes I have music on too.

the music and television ideas are really good, then there is always the heavy breathing part -- try to control your breaths as you get closer to cumming.

Jack off in the shower or make some other noise like turn on the TV/radio

Close the door. Doing it more often can make it less pressuring. That could mean less noise.

I usually have a free house seeing as the only person living with me, my dad, is usually out.
Makes me think, if an Alex jacks off and there's nobody around to hear it, does he make a noise?

I don't normally have problems keeping quiet. My door being closed is enough most of the time

Masturbate in the shower it is clean and the shower will overpower your noise. Try to get in the shower keeping your penis and masturbating hand dry. Then put your back to the shower and on lube (Spit,Lotion, etc) and let it rip also clean up is a breeze.

Make sure you're alone when you jack off. Seriously, I've almost gotten caught once because I didn't know my little brother was home.
lol no pressure

Be alone, music playing, cover your face with a pillow or your mouth with your hand.

Breathe through your nose, not your mouth. This way, there is no air going through your troat to let it make noise

When they are home, try to stay quiet.
When they aren't home, make all the noise you want unless it is causing a disturbance in your neighborhood.

I don't moan but my cousin always does, sometimes he covers his mouth with a pillow or asks me to turn on the music- never had a problem with that

I never make any noise, because I am doing it somewhere that I just cannot. It just comes with experience almost that I don't do it now
