There's a ton of LGBT manga and anime if that's the sort of comics you mean.

the only comic i can think of is called Wendel, it comes in a collections book called The Complete Wendel

At first glance they appear to feature the very young (which they do...) But they are just adorable and touch on so many many things.

It looks like Niklas perhaps has stopped producing them...but the website above has a lot to entertain you for awhile.
