like my ball sac now is all ruff like drie skin and rough like should i use like hand lotion because when i masterbait it realy bothers me

Sure, try lotion, it wont harm you! Maybe try something like Aloe Vera or more intense moisturizers

if its bothering you then you should try some lotion aloe vera etc although i use Johnsons baby lotion for my skin :) lol
